APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME
The approximate delivery times are as follows. The real delivery time depends on the local courier. The tracking status might not be updated until it is in process of customs clearance or it is cleared by your local customs.
- USA: 1 - 8 days
- UK: 4 - 9 days
- Australia, New Zealand: 6 - 9 days
- Canada: 4 - 9 days
- Singapore, Hong Kong: 3 - 9 days
- Western Europe: 5 - 12 days
However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: once your package hits the post office, we CANNOT CONTROL where it goes, however we will give you a tracking number.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

PENDING TIME
Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. If you placed an order before 11 PM PST on weekdays, your order would be shipped on the same day.
